How to Install the App

Visit the Zendesk Marketplace and search for "What is your problem".

Click Install to add the app to your Zendesk environment.

During setup, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address, credit card, and billing information.


Your first report is completely free! Once setup is complete, you're ready to generate your first report.



Pricing & Billing

No subscriptions. No hidden fees. You only pay for what you use.

You’ll receive a price quote before generating a report. You must approve the quote before any charges are made.

How pricing works:

  • Base fee: $2.99 per report

  • Usage fee: Based on the number of characters (tokens) in the selected Zendesk tickets

Example:

If you select tickets totaling 40,000 characters, the cost is:

  • 40 × $0.50 = $20.00

  • Base fee = $2.99

  • Total = $22.99


Frequently Asked Questions

How do I pay for reports?

After installing the app, you'll be asked to enter your credit card details. From then on, each time you want to generate a report:

  • You select the tickets you'd like to analyze.

  • The app gives you a quote based on the number of characters in those tickets.

  • If you approve the quote, your card is charged, and the report is generated.

There are no subscriptions, no fixed plans, and pricing does not depend on the number of agents. You only pay based on the amount of ticket content you want to analyze.


How much does a report cost?

It varies. Each report has:

  • A base fee of $2.99

  • A variable fee based on the number of characters in the selected tickets

You’ll always get a detailed price quote before you decide whether to purchase the report. You’re never charged without approving the cost first.


Can I try it for free?

Yes! You can generate one full report for free using your own ticket data. No strings attached.


How many tickets can the app process?

There is no limit. The app is fully scalable, capable of handling any number of tickets whether it’s 50 or 50,000.


What about data security?

We take data security seriously:

  • Ticket data is securely analyzed using Claude (Anthropic).

  • Data is immediately deleted after analysis.

  • Your data is never used to train any AI models.
